Klingspor FS 966 ACT is a ceramic fibre disc built for stainless steel. The ceramic grain fractures under load to expose fresh cutting edges, holding its bite where standard aluminium oxide dulls, while the green multibond coating keeps grinding temperatures down and prevents the surface discolouration that costs time on finished work. 115mm with a 22mm bore, P60 grit, for use on an angle grinder with a backing pad. A production-grade disc for stainless fabricators.

Klingspor 115mm x 60G Ceramic Disc Green
- Removes weld seams, burrs and scale fast on stainless steel, with high stock removal held throughout the life of the disc
- Ceramic aluminium oxide grain with a microcrystalline structure that self-sharpens as it breaks down, so the cut stays aggressive rather than glazing off
- Green multibond active top coat lowers grain-point temperature and prevents chip adhesion - stops heat tint and discolouration on stainless
- 115mm (4½") diameter with 22mm centre bore, star-shaped hole
- P60 grit - general weld dressing, blending and heavy stock removal
- Close-coated resin bond on vulcanised fibre backing for rigidity under angle grinder pressure
