PTG 4.5mm HSS Co 5% Drill Bit
A 4.5mm PTG cobalt jobber drill in HSS-Co5, profile ground to DIN 338 type N with a 130° cross-ground point. It gives the standard clearance hole for M4 screws and handles alloyed, tool and stainless steels without losing its edge as quickly as HSS. For panel builders, electricians, fabricators and maintenance teams fitting brackets, enclosures and light steelwork.

• Drills 4.5mm holes in steel, stainless steel and cast iron; standard medium clearance hole for M4 bolts and screws
• HSS-Co5 (5% cobalt high-speed steel) for longer edge life than standard HSS in alloyed, tool and stainless steels
• DIN 338 type N jobber length, profile ground
• 130° point angle with cross-ground (split) point for accurate starts and lower feed force
• Overall length 80mm, flute length 47mm
• Cylindrical shank, right-hand cutting, 30–35° helix
