PTG 3mm HSS Co 5% Drill Bit
A 3mm cobalt jobber drill from PTG, made to DIN 338 type N in HSS-Co5. The 130° cross-ground point centres accurately and reduces feed force, which helps on thin sheet. Suited to pilot drilling ahead of larger bits, pop-rivet holes and general maintenance work on steel and stainless. A practical stock size for fabricators and fitters.

• Drills clean 3mm holes in steel, alloy steel and cast iron for pilot holes, pop rivets and small fixings
• HSS-Co5 (5% cobalt high-speed steel) for longer edge life than standard HSS in alloyed, tool and stainless steels
• DIN 338 type N jobber length, profile ground
• 130° point angle with cross-ground (split) point for accurate starts and lower feed force
• Overall length 61mm, flute length 33mm
• Cylindrical shank, right-hand cutting, 30–35° helix
