AMF Hinged hook spanner with nose 60-90mm
The 60-90mm covers the large bearing lock nuts on heavy shafts, mill spindles and drive assemblies, where the nut has usually been torqued down hard and left for years. The pivoting arm holds the nose square in the slot at any diameter in range, and the longer body gives the leverage to break it without deforming the slot. Hardened special steel, burnished. DIN 1804 and DIN 981 nuts.

AMF Hinged hook spanner with nose 60-90mm
- Tightens and releases slotted round nuts and bearing lock nuts - bearing retainers, spindle nuts, pump and gearbox assemblies
- Adjustable 60-90mm capacity - the largest of the three sizes in the range
- Hinged arm pivots to match the nut diameter, so the nose seats square in the slot rather than at an angle
- Square nose engages the slot fully - less chance of camming out and burring the nut
- For slotted nuts to DIN 1804 and rolling bearing nuts to DIN 981
- Hardened special steel, burnished finish
- Rounded edges for handling
- Longer body gives the leverage large lock nuts need to break free
